Raymuko respects the privacy of website visitors, prospective clients, clients, applicants, product users, and other people who communicate with us. This Privacy Policy applies to raymuko.com and the website features operated by Raymuko. It should be read together with any project agreement, product-specific notice, or consent request that applies to a particular service.
Scope and responsible organization
Raymuko LLC, doing business as Raymuko, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy when it determines why and how that information is handled. The website is operated from Uruguay and is intended for business audiences across the Americas and other markets where Raymuko works.
This policy covers the public website, contact and career forms, product and private-beta requests, the Raymuko chatbot, PIN-protected client previews, and private API access pages. A third-party platform, client website, or Raymuko product may publish an additional privacy notice for processing that occurs outside this website.
Information we collect
The information collected depends on how a person uses the website. Some information is provided directly; other information is created automatically when the website, security controls, or measurement tools are used.
- Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, company, role, and preferred contact details.
- Project and commercial information, including interests, budget, timing, product selections, proposed requirements, and messages submitted to Raymuko.
- Career information, such as professional area, portfolio or LinkedIn address, experience, and application messages.
- Technical and usage information, including requested pages, approximate location or region, device and browser characteristics, language, traffic source, interaction events, and date and time of access.
- Security and restricted-access information, such as preview identifier, successful or unsuccessful access attempt, IP address or a protected representation of it, session information, and account or API access activity.
- Chatbot content, including messages, conversation state, contact details voluntarily provided during a conversation, and limited technical context used to secure and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
Raymuko uses information only for legitimate and disclosed business purposes connected with operating the website, communicating with people, evaluating potential work, delivering services, and protecting Raymuko systems.
In particular, information may be used to answer inquiries; prepare proposals; manage client, product, API, and career requests; provide requested previews; operate and improve website features; maintain service continuity; measure non-sensitive interactions; prevent fraud and misuse; diagnose errors; preserve business records; enforce agreements; and comply with legal obligations. Raymuko does not use website submissions to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Chatbot and protected previews
Chatbot conversations may be retained in operational logs so Raymuko can continue a conversation, identify qualified requests, improve responses, investigate failures, and protect the service. Logs may include conversation content, a session hash, a hashed IP address, browser information, referrer information, and contact details voluntarily supplied by the user. Automated controls attempt to redact common secret formats, but users should not submit passwords, access tokens, financial credentials, health information, or other highly sensitive material through chat.
Client-preview access is protected by a PIN and may be logged for security. Preview records can include the preview identifier, IP address, whether access succeeded, and the time of the attempt. Preview credentials are confidential and should be shared only with authorized reviewers.
Legal bases for processing
Depending on the relationship and applicable law, Raymuko handles personal information on one or more of the following grounds: consent; steps requested before entering into an agreement; performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; protection of Raymuko, its clients, and users; and legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving a business website and related services.
Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal or information that Raymuko must retain under another lawful basis.
International processing and transfers
Raymuko serves clients across borders and uses service providers whose systems may process information in countries other than the visitor's country of residence. Those countries may have different privacy laws.
When applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional protection, Raymuko takes reasonable steps to use contractual, organizational, or technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the service involved.
Retention
Information is retained for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to a request, maintaining an active client or product relationship, supporting security investigations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying accounting, tax, regulatory, or other legal obligations.
Retention periods vary by record type and context. When information is no longer required, Raymuko may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is practical. Backup copies and security records may remain for a limited additional period.
Security
Raymuko uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, and misuse. Controls include encrypted transport where available, restricted access, session and request protections, rate limiting, confidential preview credentials, security logging, and redaction of common secret formats in chatbot logs.
No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting credentials assigned to them and should notify Raymuko promptly if they suspect unauthorized access to a preview, account, or API credential.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, an individual may have rights to receive information about processing; access personal information; request correction, updating, inclusion, or deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Under Uruguay's Law No. 18.331, verified requests for access, rectification, updating, inclusion, or suppression are subject to the requirements and response periods established by that law.
Requests may be sent to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” Raymuko may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, and the records involved. Raymuko will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain when a request cannot be completed because of legal obligations, the rights of another person, security, evidentiary needs, or another lawful exception.
Children's information
The website and its business services are not directed to children, and Raymuko does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the website. If a parent or legal guardian believes a child has submitted personal information, they may contact Raymuko so the situation can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Changes and contact
Raymuko may update this policy when website features, providers, products, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice or renewed consent request.
Questions, privacy requests, or concerns may be sent to [email protected]. Individuals in Uruguay may also contact the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales regarding rights available under Law No. 18.331.
Please do not send passwords, private keys, financial credentials, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive data through a general website form or chatbot. Contact Raymuko first if a project requires a protected exchange channel.
